About the inventor David Aguero:
I have been practicing kendo for over sixteen years, in Salinas, California USA, I do not hold nor seek a high ranking and most likely will never obtain anything higher than nidan. I am extremely shy by nature, my gifts are creative insight, observation and invention. This web site including my Kendo Thoughts page is focused on giving my creativity, observation and inventions the gifts I possess to the kendo community. Purely out of service to the kendo community we offer many free ideas and plans for making kendo training aids such as our wood kendo dummy invented and designed by me David Aguero, giving some of these great ideas and plans freely allows the greatest number of people useful training aids for anyone practicing kendo.
